





The Road
When a vast construction project produces a road to the top of a mountain it would be churlish to not check it out.
The Jebel Jais access road was completed just 3 years ago and its popularity with the hypercar jocks from Dubai has made it a must do for crazies, more sensible owners and auto magazines alike.
I much prefer to drive through the night and be there at dawn when I have the road largely to myself only interrupted by the odd manufacturer secretly hot testing in camouflaged cars.
I am delighted to report I now have an even better mountain pass for shoots but I’m keeping the location of that one to myself for now…
